Your document is safe
Your file goes into encrypted, private storage and is used only to prepare your explanation. We automatically delete it as soon as the analysis is complete (and if the process doesn't finish for any reason — within one hour at the latest). We process data in line with GDPR (RODO in Poland). The supervisory authority for data protection in Poland is UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
You can add up to 5 photos — but only further pages of the same document (e.g. a 3-page letter), or several PDF files that make up the same document. Do you have two different documents (e.g. a bank statement and a separate letter from an office)? Explain each one separately.

- •Check whether you really didn't notify ZUS of your child's address change on time
- •If you disagree with the decision — file an odwołanie (appeal) within 14 days
- •If you agree but can't pay immediately — submit a request for instalments, a delay, or a debt write-off
How to do it, step by step
- 1. Check the date your child actually changed address and compare it with the date in the decision.
- 2. If there's a discrepancy, or you notified on time (and have proof) — prepare an odwołanie to the ZUS office that issued the decision.
- 3. If you agree with the decision but the amount is too much to pay at once — submit a request to ZUS for instalments (raty) or a delay (odroczenie terminu).
